The end of Microhoo - Yahosoft?

After unsolicited bid of Microsoft to buy Yahoo for $44.6 billion, might be this is the end of this drama of Microsoft bargaining to buy Yahoo. After pass through long process, then Yahoo via legal conference had refused the bargaining value of $44.6 billion from Microsoft or about $31 /stock sheet.
Actually, the refused was not surprise for the public, because of at the end of week Yahoo had given a signal of this refused with their argument about the bargaining that too far from their hope. Yahoo side hope that the bargaining value which about $40 /stock sheet, on the other side Microsoft’s bargaining for about $31 /stock exchange. This value, according the Yahoo side, does not reflected the value of their company.
Meanwhile, Microsoft side settled with their bargaining that they said this is a “clemen” bargaining, considering for the value of Yahoo stock exchange have only $28,91 /stock sheet or about $40 billion. However, the Microsoft side give an appreciation for Yahoo decision with stated that this decision is “full and fair”.
Meanwhile, Times daily in London reported that Yahoo is in progress probe the possibility to merger with Time Warner Inc.’s AOL, another Internet provider that also has good popularity in the couple last year. About this rumour, the Yahoo side had no comments.
As the affect of market conviction that Microsoft will increased their bargaining in the stock market. Wall Street reported on Monday that Yahoo stock exchange had up 67 cents until it closed at $29,87 /stock sheet. On the other side, Microsoft stock exchange had decrease 35 cents until it closed at $28,21 /stock sheet.
