Those are the conclusion of a research by experts in The King?s College, London recently. The research publicated on Archives of Internal Medicine is the result of development observes with twins couple during several years.
The result of this research has shown that twin people phyisically active during free time seems much biologycal younger than his/her brother/sister who is much sitting in their life (sedentary lifestyle). Researcher also found that the key part of DNA which called telomer had shorten faster on people who less activity. This is supposed by researcher that become one of the indication why cells growing older quickly.
An active lifestyle for a long time has connected to the low risk stricken of cardiovasculer disease, diabetes type 2 and cancer. However, this research indicated that sedentary lifestyle not just would made susceptible, but also growing faster in aging process.
The team of research from King?s College involved 2.401 twins to fill forms about their physical activity levels. These participants also taken their blood sample and then observed their DNA. Researcher have focused on telomer analyzation, the connecting structure of DNA patched on upper ends chromosom and functioned to damaging protected. While somebody had older, these telomers will be shorten and make the cells more susceptible to damaged or deathly experienced.
With the analyze of white cells on blood, especially antibody system, experts found that in averages telomer will lose 21 parts, which called nucleotide, in every year. Men and women with sedentary lifestyle have shorter leucosite telomer than they whose active lifestyle.
The averages length of telomer in people who doing activity at least 16 minute (sports/excercise) in every week is 200 nucleotide had shorter than they who doing activity 199 minutes averages in every week. People most active in this research have the length of telomer equal with they whose non-active 10 years younger.
Stress Influenced
Experts assumed that people who phisycally non-active more susceptible to be damaged cells because of oxygen influence and inflamation. Stress also guess to affected the length of telomer. Researcher assumed that people who have frequently activity or routine excercise much easier to decrease their stress levels.

This conclusion had convey an important message that can be used by medical to promote the affected of potentially anti aging from a routine activity”, experts conclusion.
