Those are the conclusion of a research by experts in The King’s College, London recently. The research publicated on Archives of Internal Medicine is the result of development observes with twins couple during several years.
The result of this research has shown that twin people phyisically active during free time seems much biologycal younger than his/her brother/sister who is much sitting in their life (sedentary lifestyle). Researcher also found that the key part of DNA which called telomer had shorten faster on people who less activity. This is supposed by researcher that become one of the indication why cells growing older quickly.
